Blueberries

Sinking Creek Farm specializes in you-pick blueberries with a wonderful view! We grow quality berries using sustainable horticultural methods. No chemicals (pesticides, fungicides, etc.) are ever sprayed on the plants or berries.

Updated June 24, 2010
Our first day of picking will be Saturday, June 19. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to noon. More dates and hours here.
Note we have a very limited crop this year. The hard winter killed back some of the new wood, then two late spring freezes damaged some of the fruit. Some of the earlier-ripening varieties are o.k. but others took a beating.

All to say - the season is going to be quick and sporadic. We may be closed for a few days at a time with little advance notice to allow berries to ripen, and the season may end early. Please check the website picking schedule or call to be sure we are open before driving out.

NEW FOR 2010:
-Blueberry plants for sale! Nice 1-gallon containers of our favorite northern highbush cultivars (Blueray, Darrow, etc.) are for sale.
